Ingredients

- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Ground Almonds 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Donut Peaches 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Beans 1 piece
- Canned Pineapple Chunks ⅓ can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the flour with chilled butter and sugar until crumbly, add the almonds (dried and crushed with the skin), mix everything well, add the egg, and knead the dough. Then refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Next, spread the dough in the mold, prick it with a fork, and bake for 20 minutes at 355°F.
Step 3
While the dough is baking, prepare the filling by mixing the cheeses and adding powdered sugar (those on a diet or who simply do not like sweets can skip the powdered sugar).
Step 4
When the dough cools, spread the filling on top, decorate with sliced fruits, and sprinkle a little more powdered sugar on top.
