Ingredients

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Cocoa Powder 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • 10% cream 5 oz
  • Milk 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet Cream Butter 0 oz
  • Pastry decorations to taste
  • Candied fruits to taste
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the butter and sugar together and beat in the egg. In another bowl, combine the cocoa powder, flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and milk. Add the dry ingredients to the beaten mixture, alternating with the liquid, and beat until smooth.

Step 2

Place the mixture in a piping bag with a plain tip and a diameter of 4-5 cm, and pipe onto baking paper (such as AGA Bake-O-Glide) or a regular baking sheet, leaving 5 cm between each.

Step 3

For AGA ovens: place the baking paper on the rack and set it on the bottom of the roasting oven (top) for 10 minutes. For AGA 3-, 4-, and 5-oven models: place a regular baking sheet in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. For a conventional oven: bake at 390°F, in a convection oven at 355°F, or in a gas oven at mark 6 for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

Cool and pair two together, adding cream in the middle, and decorate on top.
