Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Brown Sugar 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 15 oz
- Red Food Coloring to taste
- Pastry decorations to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place paper liners in 12 muffin cups.
Step 2
In a mixer, combine 225 grams of softened butter, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, and 60 ml of milk until smooth. Fill the cups and bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the powdered sugar with the remaining butter and milk until fluffy. Add a few drops of food coloring and beat again.
Step 4
Cool the cupcakes, transfer the frosting to a piping bag, and pipe on top. Decorate with toppings and small chocolate eggs.
