  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Raisins 5 oz
  • Hazelnut 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Ready-made icing 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the milk and melt a piece of butter in it.

Step 2

In the cooled mixture, crack the eggs and whisk until smooth.

Step 3

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with salt, sugar, and yeast.

Step 4

Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry and knead the dough. If necessary, add a little more flour.

Step 5

Shape the finished dough into a ball and leave it in a warm place for 2 hours to rise.

Step 6

Cover the container with the dough.

Step 7

While the dough is rising, rinse and soak the raisins in boiling water. Then dry them on a paper towel.

Step 8

Chop the hazelnuts or other nuts coarsely.

Step 9

Roll out the prepared dough to a medium thickness.

Step 10

Grease the surface of the dough with vegetable oil and distribute the raisins and nuts.

Step 11

Roll it up along the long side, then shape it into a ball.

Step 12

Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil and place the dough in it. Select the warming function for 40 minutes.

Step 13

After the dough has risen, select the 'Baking' mode for 35 minutes.

Step 14

Remove the finished bread onto a steaming bowl and let it cool. Decorate the bread with any icing or glaze, and sprinkle with confectionery toppings.
