Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Whole egg 15 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- 33% Cream 0 fl oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 5 oz
- Water to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw half of the frozen cherries (for this, you can transfer them from the freezer to the refrigerator overnight).
Step 2
Prepare the dough. To do this, pour the flour into a mixing bowl, add olive oil, egg yolk, and salt.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients and start kneading the dough, gradually adding cold water. The dough should be firm, smooth, and not stick to your hands.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a sheet no thicker than 1.5 mm. Use a glass to cut out circles.
Step 5
Place 3 frozen cherries in the center of each circle. Brush the edges with egg yolk and seal.
Step 6
Boil the dumplings in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Prepare the sauce. To do this, place the thawed cherries in a saucepan, sprinkle with powdered sugar, mix, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring.
Step 8
Mix the cream and cottage cheese, and strain everything through a sieve.
Step 9
Serve the dumplings on a plate with cherry sauce and the cream with cottage cheese.
Step 10
