
Duck Soup with Leeks and Carrots

Description
In total, the cooking time should be 1.5 hours after boiling. Do not allow it to boil again.
Ingredients
- Duck wings 15 oz
- Duck Breast 10 oz
- Leek 0 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the duck in a pot and cover with water (about 3.5 liters). Put on high heat.
Step 2
Periodically skim off the foam. Once the water boils, reduce the heat.
Step 3
Dice the carrot into small cubes. Crush the garlic with a chef's knife, and finely chop the leek.
Step 4
Half an hour after boiling, cover with a lid.
Step 5
Another half hour later, add the carrot and garlic. Cover with a lid.
Step 6
Another 15 minutes later, add the leek. Cover with a lid.
Step 7
Another 15 minutes later, add black pepper and salt to taste. Remove from heat.
Step 8
Shred the meat or chop it.
