  • Duck wings 15 oz
  • Duck Breast 10 oz
  • Leek 0 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Place the duck in a pot and cover with water (about 3.5 liters). Put on high heat.
