Doughnuts with Ham and Mozzarella
Ingredients
- Salted Butter 10 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Heavy cream 5 cups
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spaghetti 20 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Smoked cheese sauce 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add 1/2 cup of flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Then pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook until thickened. Set the sauce aside.
Step 2
Cook the pasta until al dente. Place the cooked pasta in a dish, pour over the prepared sauce, add the chopped ham, mozzarella, and pepper. Mix well. Grease a baking dish with oil, place the pasta in the dish, and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
Step 3
Pour oil into a saucepan and set over high heat.
Step 4
Mix the remaining flour with 1 cup of water. Place breadcrumbs on a plate.
Step 5
Remove the spaghetti dish from the refrigerator. Cut out a circle, dip it in flour, then coat it in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown for 2-3 minutes. Serve the doughnuts hot. Enjoy your meal!
