Doughnuts with chocolate sauce
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- 3.2% Milk 20 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Pastry decorations to taste
- Fresh Mint to taste
- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, egg, yeast, 400 ml of warm milk, sugar, and salt thoroughly until you have a smooth batter. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm area to rise for 30 minutes.
Step 2
After the dough has risen, it should be gently kneaded again and left to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Form the prepared mixture into walnut-sized balls and let them rest for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Make a small hole in the center of each doughnut.
Step 5
In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil. Then fry the donuts until they are evenly golden brown.
Step 6
For the dark chocolate sauce: Melt dark chocolate in 100 ml of milk and stir until smooth.
Step 7
For the white chocolate sauce: melt white chocolate in 100 ml of milk and stir until smooth.
Step 8
Place the finished donuts on a plate and drizzle with both white and dark chocolate sauce. Garnish with mint and sprinkles.
