Description

Doughnuts in dark and white chocolate

Ingredients

  • Milk 1 glass
  • Sugar 3 spoons
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 2 glasses
  • White Chocolate 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Add the yeast to the warm milk, then stir in the sugar and salt.

Step 2

In the same bowl, crack the eggs. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and whisk everything together. Then, begin to knead the dough, gradually adding the flour. The result should be a sticky yet shape-holding mixture.

Step 3

Place the bowl of dough in a warm spot until it rises in volume. Ideally, the dough should rise to the edges.

Step 4

Has it risen? Let's start making the donuts. Place a pot, sauté pan, or deep skillet on the stove. Pour in the vegetable oil. Heat it well.

Step 5

Meanwhile, roll out the dough and cut out the donuts.

Step 6

As soon as the oil is hot, add a couple of doughnuts to it. They will rise, so flip them over. Wait a few seconds and then remove them. Repeat the process...

Step 7

Prepare the glaze easily: melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the cooled doughnuts into this sweet mixture, and that's it!
