Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Milk ⅓ cup
- Salt to taste
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Sugar Substitute to taste
- Dessert Yogurt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with a couple of small pinches of salt, then add the milk.
Step 2
Whisk again. Gradually add the cornstarch while whisking.
Step 3
Add sugar substitute to taste. You can also add a few drops of flavoring such as 'Condensed Milk' or 'Butter-Vanilla'. The mixture will be liquid.
Step 4
Brush the pan with a little oil using a brush. Use only a small amount of oil.
Step 5
Cook the pancakes like regular ones.

For the filling, mash the cottage cheese with yogurt using a fork until smooth (the mixture should not be liquid). You can use any yogurt — fruit-flavored or plain. For those who prefer it sweeter, add a few drops of liquid sugar substitute.
Step 7
Wrap the cottage cheese in the pancakes.
