Step 1

In a bowl, place the eggs, a small portion of cottage cheese, and mix them with sugar using a mixer. Then add the softened butter and mix again. Gradually add the flour in small portions and continue to knead. The result is a shortcrust pastry based on cottage cheese and butter.

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and season it with sugar and egg yolks. Mash it with a spoon until you achieve a smooth and beautiful filling.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and place it in a baking dish. Don’t forget to grease it with butter and line it with parchment paper. The dough should fit tightly in the dish without bubbling.
