Description
If desired, you can add grated carrot (using a fine grater). This will result in cottage cheese-carrot muffins. One serving contains 2 muffins.
Ingredients
- Fat-free cottage cheese 15 oz
- Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Semolina 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
Step 2
Add 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the cottage cheese. Beat the mixture with a mixer.
Step 3
Add the semolina to the mixture and beat again with the mixer. If desired, you can add grated carrot.
Step 4
Distribute the resulting mixture into muffin molds (you can fill them to the top, as the batter will not rise much).
Step 5
Bake at 355°F for 30–35 minutes.
