- Wheat Bran 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Vanillin a pinch
- Sugar Substitute 0 oz
- Soft Low-Fat Cottage Cheese 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sea Salt to taste
- Baking Powder a pinch
- Skim Milk 4 tablespoons
- Ground Cloves a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the bran, egg, 10 g of sugar substitute, starch, spices, milk, baking powder, and grated carrot.
Step 2
Beat the batter. Fry the cake in a well-heated pan without using oil.
Step 3
While the cake is frying, prepare the filling. Mix the cottage cheese with a bit of vanillin and cinnamon.
Step 4
Cut the finished cake into 4 triangles and spread filling between each layer. Place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
