Ingredients
- Egg 4 pieces
- Apple 3 pieces
- Oat Flour 0 oz
- Rice Flour 5 oz
- Kefir ½ cup
- Vanillin a pinch
- Cinnamon 1½ teaspoons
- Sugar Substitute to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip them into a strong foam.
Step 2
Mix the two types of flour with the baking powder and sift them into the yolks.
Step 3
Add vanillin, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (reserve ½ for topping), sugar substitute (I used stevia, 3 tablespoons), pour in the kefir, and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 4
Gently fold in the egg whites, mixing the batter from the bottom up.
Step 5
Cut one apple into small sticks and fold it into the batter, while cutting the other two apples in half and then into half-slices.
Step 6
In a silicone mold, randomly layer half of the apple slices, pour the batter over them, beautifully arrange the remaining slices on top, and evenly sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon.
Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes (check for browning and use the 'dry toothpick' method).
