Diet Yogurt Mandarin Soufflé
Ingredients
- Natural Yogurt 20 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Gelatin 2 tablespoons
- Stevia Extract 1 tablespoon
- Sugar Substitute Tablets 5 pieces
- Muesli 0 oz
- Mandarins 3 pieces
- Water 5 fl oz
- Roasted Peanuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak 2 tablespoons of gelatin (without a heap) in a glass of cold boiled water for 50-60 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the yogurt well with the sugar.
Step 3
Rinse the raisins. Chop the nuts slightly, and separate the mandarins into segments.
Step 4
Evenly distribute the fruits and nuts in the soufflé dish.
Step 5
When the gelatin has swollen, bring it to a boil (but do not boil!), immediately remove from heat and pour the hot mixture into the yogurt. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruits in the dish, mix evenly, sprinkle with muesli on top, and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours until set.
