- Wild rice 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Porcini Mushrooms 10 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the rice in cold water for 2 hours, then drain, rinse, and cover with fresh cold water in a ratio of 1:2. Once it boils, reduce the heat and cook covered.
Step 2
Peel the onion, dice it, and add it to the pot with the rice.
Step 3
Rinse the mushrooms, clean them, slice them, and add them to the pot with the rice.
Step 4
After about 25-30 minutes, the risotto will be ready — this will be indicated by the absence of water in the pot.
Step 5
Before serving, drizzle with lemon juice, soy sauce, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
