Description
This dish is also great for breakfast. Instead of plums, you can use any juicy berries or fruits.
Ingredients
- Plums 20 oz
- Honey 6 tablespoons
- Rum 1 tablespoon
- Ground Oats 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the pits from the plums and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2
Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of rum (the amount of honey depends on the sweetness of the plums). Combine the mixture with the plums.
Step 3
Mix the oats with the remaining honey until crumbly.
Step 4
Place the plums in a baking dish and top with the oat crumble. Bake in the oven at 355°F for 30–40 minutes (a crust should form).
