Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste

Cut the lavash into small (approximately 3x3 cm) equal squares and place them in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Pour in the olive oil and mix thoroughly with a silicone brush until each square is coated with oil.
Step 3
Then add any spices to taste (you can use salt, paprika, hot red pepper, dried garlic, turmeric, and dried dill) and mix again thoroughly to ensure the spices are evenly distributed among all the squares.
Step 4
Spread the future chips in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (it will absorb excess oil) and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure they dry evenly, until ready — the chips will become golden and crispy, breaking easily.
