Description
Thanks to the protein, the fries turn out juicy and crispy.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Rosemary to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and cut the raw potatoes as desired. Typically, they are cut into sticks.
Step 2
Lightly beat the egg whites (just a little). Dip the potatoes into the egg whites.
Step 3
On a dry, clean baking sheet, lightly greased with olive oil, place the potatoes coated in egg whites (I use parchment paper for even fewer calories), sprinkle lightly with salt and rosemary.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 25–40 minutes (depending on the thickness of the potatoes). Turn the fries a couple of times during cooking.
