  • Oat flakes 5 oz
  • Peanuts 5 oz
  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Poppy seeds 0 oz
  • Sunflower Seeds 5 oz
  • Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
  • Fat-Free Kefir 5 fl oz
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar Substitute Tablets 15 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, mix all the dry ingredients (break the nuts into pieces, but not too small).

Step 2

Add the eggs, honey, kefir, and sugar substitute. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, for decoration add a nut on top, and bake until done!
