- Oat flakes 1 glass
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 spoons
- Apple 1 piece
- Cottage cheese 0 oz
- Clear Apple Juice 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Stevia Extract to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a mixer, beat the egg with stevia (or any other sugar substitute, such as fructose or sucralose) until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder.
Step 3
Add the egg mixture and stir thoroughly.
Step 4
Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into cubes.
Step 5
Add apple juice, cottage cheese, olive oil, and apple to the flour mixture. Mix well.
Step 6
Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter, as the baked muffins will rise above the edges of the cups.
Step 7
Place in an oven preheated to 390°F and bake for 30 minutes.
