Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Sugar Substitute to taste
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Oat Bran 0 oz
- Pears 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs, oat bran, and sugar substitute. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and place it in the oven for 15–20 minutes (until cooked).
Step 3
Next, mix the cottage cheese and ricotta in a bowl.
Step 4
Chop part of the pear finely and slice the other part.
Step 5
Add the finely chopped pieces to the cheese mixture and stir.
Step 6
Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool.
Step 7
While the crust is cooling, prepare the gelatin according to the instructions.
Step 8
Add the prepared gelatin to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
Step 9
Once the crust has cooled, pour the mixture over it and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 10
After half an hour, remove from the refrigerator, decorate with pear slices, and return to the refrigerator until fully set (1.5–2 hours).
Step 11
Once the cheesecake is fully set, it is ready to serve.
