Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt 1 tablespoon
- Ground Oats 5 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sugar Substitute to taste
- Baking Powder a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with the sugar substitute and 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt without additives.
Step 2
Add the flour, ground oats, honey, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Step 3
Grate 2 large carrots on a fine grater, grind 120 grams of walnuts in a coffee grinder, and add them to the batter.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C. Check for readiness with a toothpick or knife.
