- Bananas 5 oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 0 oz
- Frozen black currant puree 0 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces, and freeze them (for about 4 hours).
Step 2
Place the frozen bananas and berries into a blender, add the milk, and blend until smooth. The mixture will be quite thick, similar to slightly melted ice cream.
Step 3
Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar, toasted crushed almonds, or cookie crumbs. You can garnish with a mint leaf.
