Description
The entire charlotte contains 1130 kcal, and a piece is only 145 kcal! It turns out to be surprisingly delicious! You can use oatmeal, and replace rye flour with wheat flour, but then you will lose that unique flavor.
Ingredients
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour ½ cup
- Instant Oatmeal ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Buckwheat Groats 3 teaspoons
- Kefir 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Apple 2 pieces
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, ground oatmeal, honey, eggs and egg whites, and add kefir until the consistency resembles pancake batter.
Step 2
Let it sit for a while to allow the oats to swell.
Step 3
Add baking powder and, if desired, cinnamon (vanilla, cocoa).
Step 4
Place the chopped apples in a baking dish and pour the resulting mixture over them.
Step 5
Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F.
