Ingredients
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Pineapple 5 oz
- Dessert Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Donut Peaches 1 piece
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Cream 15 fl oz
- Mint 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until smooth. Add the yogurt and blend in a blender.
Step 2
Cut the pineapple and peach flesh into cubes. Add half of the fruit cubes to the yolk-yogurt mixture.
Step 3
Soak the gelatin. When it swells, squeeze it out, place it in a water bath, and heat without boiling until the gelatin completely dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Step 4
Whip the cream.
Step 5
Add the gelatin and cream to the yolk-yogurt mixture and mix well. Pour the resulting mixture into molds and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 6
Serve the finished dessert on plates, garnished with the remaining fruit and mint.
