- Avocado 1 piece
- Honey 3 teaspoons

- Hazelnut 5 oz
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Dates 7 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Cranberry 11 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Start with the nut base. Grind the sesame seeds into flour (for example, in a coffee grinder) and crush the hazelnuts. Mix the sesame seeds and hazelnuts (which should be soaked overnight) with the dates, adding a pinch of salt. Transfer the resulting sticky mixture to a container and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up slightly.
Step 2
Blend the flesh of the ripe avocado and the other ingredients for the cream in a blender.
Step 3
Form circles from the nut mixture with a diameter of 5 cm and a height of 0.5 cm. Place a spoonful of cream on each circle and garnish with cranberries.
