Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Fresh Mint to taste
- Frozen black currant puree 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with salt, sugar, and baking soda.
Step 2
Add half of the milk, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Gradually add the flour, mixing to avoid lumps, then pour in the remaining milk, continuing to stir, until the consistency is like liquid sour cream.
Step 4
Then add the vegetable oil. Mix the batter.
Step 5
Cook the crepes in a dry skillet on both sides. Let the crepes cool.
Step 6
In a bowl, combine the cooled cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pour in the cream. Whip everything until stiff peaks form. Chill the cheese cream.
Step 7
In a dessert dish, layer 3 crepes overlapping, add cheese cream and berries on top, and garnish with mint leaves.
