Description
You can also make it with cottage cheese, just make sure to mash it and add sugar and vanilla to taste.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Milk 4 tablespoons
- Jelly Powder to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in a small amount of water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add milk and dissolve it (I heat it in the microwave, just make sure it doesn't boil).
Step 3
Mix the dissolved gelatin with the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Fold in cubes of colorful jelly (the amount and quality: store-bought or homemade to your taste and preference).
Step 5
Wrap it in a sausage shape with plastic wrap and refrigerate until fully set, for about 2 hours.
