Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Boiling water 15 fl oz
- Butter to taste
- Fresh Berries to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil.
Step 3
Pour in the milk while continuing to whisk the batter.
Step 4
Gradually add the sifted flour in parts, mixing the dough each time after adding.
Step 5
If there are still lumps in the batter, strain it through a fine sieve.
Step 6
Stir boiling water into the dough continuously. Let the prepared dough rest for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Preheat the crepe pan over medium-high heat; the crepes will develop holes thanks to the well-heated pan. Grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 8
Before frying, mix the batter well once more and pour a ladle of the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
Step 9
Fry the pancake for 20–30 seconds on one side, then flip it and fry for another 10–15 seconds.
Step 10
Stack the finished pancakes, brushing each one with butter.
Step 11
Serve the pancakes with any toppings you like — for example, with sour cream and fresh berries.
