Delicious Pancakes

Ingredients

• Clarified Butter 15 fl oz
• Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
• Sugar 1 tablespoon
• Salt ½ teaspoon
• Wheat Flour 10 oz
• Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
• Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
• Butter 0 oz
• Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
• Vanillin a pinch
• Sour Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour 500 ml of clarified butter into a pot.

Step 2

Whisk two eggs with one tablespoon of sugar.

Step 3

Combine the egg mixture and the milk.

Step 4

Add ½ teaspoon of salt.

Step 5

Add a pinch of vanillin.

Step 6

Add one cup of sifted flour to the milk. Whisk until smooth.

Step 7

Dissolve ½ teaspoon of baking soda with lemon juice. Pour into the batter.

Step 8

Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pancake batter.

Step 9

Fry the pancakes in a hot skillet lightly greased with oil.

Spread a small amount of butter on each pancake.
