For this dessert, you will need soft waffles.
Ingredients
- Sugar 0 oz
- Waffle 15 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
- Raspberry leaves to taste
- Grated Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the yolk from the white, add sugar to the yolk, and whisk it with a whisk or mixer until it turns pale.
Step 2
Gradually add the cream and whisk until the mixture takes on a creamy consistency.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and add them to the cream. Gently fold together.
Step 4
Cut the waffles into sticks. Take dessert cups and place half of the waffles at the bottom.
Step 5
Pour half of the juice over them. Spread half of the cream over the waffles and evenly distribute half of the raspberries.
Step 6
Top with the remaining waffles, moisten them with juice. Spread cream over the waffles, sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate, and let it soak for an hour.
Step 7
Before serving, decorate each dessert cup with the remaining raspberries and dust with powdered sugar.
