Ingredients
- Dates 10 oz
- Sunflower Seeds to taste
- Flax seeds to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds to taste
- Sesame Seeds to taste
- Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup 2 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the dates overnight, then grind them in a meat grinder or chop with a knife. If using a blender, add some water.
Step 2
Mix the dates with the seeds. The seeds can be lightly ground. Form the mixture into a candy mass. Add Jerusalem artichoke syrup or honey to the mixture.
Step 3
If the mixture is too runny, you can add oatmeal flour. Shape into balls.
Step 4
Take the balls and roll them in sesame seeds.
