Ingredients
- Pitted olives 1 cup
- Ground Oats 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Desiccated coconut to taste
- Nuts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the dates.
Step 2
Transfer the dates to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add oats, cinnamon, vanilla, and nuts to taste.
Step 4
From the mixture, roll balls using about a tablespoon of the mixture.
Step 5
Coat the balls in shredded coconut.
Step 6
Place in the refrigerator or freezer for a short time.
