Ingredients

  • Chocolate 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • 10% cream 5 oz
  • Honey 0 oz
  • Cointreau 0 fl oz

Step 1

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a double boiler. When the chocolate is half melted, remove it from heat and let it sit in the bowl until it becomes a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Remove the chocolate from the double boiler. Add room temperature cream and stir until smooth, then add softened (partially melted) butter and mix until homogeneous.

Step 3

Next, add honey and Cointreau, mix well, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4

Scoop the chilled mixture with a teaspoon, form a ball, and roll it in cocoa powder. You can also use powdered sugar, shredded coconut, or ground nuts if desired.

Step 5

Place the finished truffles on a plate.
