Dark chocolate pudding
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Butter 3 spoons
- Gelatin 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate with the butter over a double boiler, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin in one tablespoon of warm water.
Step 3
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, pouring the yolks into a small bowl and the whites into a larger one. Whip the egg whites with a mixer for three minutes until they form stiff peaks, then gently fold in the gelatin.
Step 4
Add the egg yolks to the chocolate and heat over medium heat for two minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add one third of the egg white mixture, and mix well. Then, gently fold in the remaining egg whites in the same manner.
Step 5
Divide the pudding into small dessert cups, cover them with plastic wrap, and place them in the refrigerator for two hours. Ten minutes before serving, remove them and warm slightly.
