- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Vanillin 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and add the sugar, mixing well. Then add the eggs and mix until the sugar dissolves. Next, add the flour and baking powder, and mix thoroughly. The batter is ready.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into pieces.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the baking molds, evenly distributing it across the surface. Place chocolate pieces in the center, then cover with the remaining batter so that the chocolate is 'packed' inside. Bake at 180–390°F for about 20–25 minutes.
