Dark Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Powdered Sugar 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it together with the butter in the microwave.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with sugar using a mixer. Beat until the mixture lightens.
Step 3
In another bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients until well combined.
Step 4
Gradually add the cooled chocolate to the egg mixture. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for three hours to firm it up.
Step 6
After three hours, take the dough out and roll it into balls about 3 cm in diameter. Roll the balls in a bowl of powdered sugar and place them on parchment paper, leaving space between them.
Step 7
Gently press the balls down a little so they take the right shape while baking. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 320°F.
