Dark and White Chocolate Candies with Pistachios

Ingredients

  • Liquid dark chocolate 15 oz
  • Coconut flakes 0 oz
  • White Chocolate 15 oz
  • Chopped almonds ¼ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a mini muffin pan and place a paper liner in each cavity.

Step 2

Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer the chocolate to a piping bag and fill half of the liners two-thirds full. Sprinkle with pistachios on top.

Step 4

Repeat the same process with the white chocolate, filling the remaining liners and topping with coconut flakes.

Step 5

Place in the refrigerator until set. Transfer to a serving plate.
