- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a baking dish with butter.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add salt, flour, and cream, and mix well. Carefully pour the mixture into the baking dish to form several round pancakes, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle the finished pancakes with powdered sugar or drizzle with jam and garnish with pieces of fresh fruit.
