Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Coat the bell peppers and tomatoes with vegetable oil and roast in an oven preheated to 390°F for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the vegetables, remove the seeds, place the flesh in a bowl, and pour in the dairy.
Step 3
Add the minced garlic and blend everything with a blender until smooth.
Step 4
Add mint, salt, and pepper to taste. Chill.
Step 5
Serve with crispy crackers and cut vegetables.
