Ingredients
- Water 20 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Dark rum 5 fl oz
- Orange zest 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice 5 fl oz
- Kiwi 3 pieces
- Fresh Mint to taste

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Place over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add rum, lime juice, and zest. Chill.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or container and freeze for several hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Step 3
Arrange slices of kiwi on plates, top with sherbet, and garnish with mint sprigs.
