Curry soup with squid and broccoli
Ingredients
- Squid 5 pieces
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Barbecue sauce 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the squid into rings about 2 cm wide, brush with oil, and place on a hot skillet. Season with salt.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the garlic and cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Break the broccoli into small florets.
Step 4
After 2-3 minutes, stir the squid. Reduce the heat. Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes, season with salt. Stir.
Step 5
After 3 minutes, stir again and add the garlic.
Step 6
Pour in the curry sauce. Lower the heat.
Step 7
Stir. Simmer for a couple more minutes, remove from heat, and add the parmesan and sesame seeds. Adjust the consistency by adding a little hot water if needed.
