- Milk 10 fl oz
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 40 fl oz

Step 1
Sort the berries, remove the stems, mash with a wooden spoon, dilute with 1200 ml of water, add sugar, bring to a boil, strain, and cool.
Step 2
Prepare semolina porridge with milk, place it on a plate moistened with water and cool, then cut it into evenly shaped pieces (squares, diamonds), arrange on plates, and pour the prepared berry broth over it.
