  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 30 oz
  • Sugar 10 oz
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Cardamom 2 spoons
  • Dry yeast 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Warm the milk, but do not bring it to a boil. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and mix the milk with ground cardamom.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with sugar in a deep bowl, then add the milk and melted butter, whisking them together. Gradually add the flour to the bowl and knead the dough. Let it rest in a warm place for an hour.

Step 3

Now you can mix the dough with blackcurrants, shape the cookies into any desired form, and place them on a baking sheet (previously lined with parchment paper). Put the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 355°F for half an hour. For added visual appeal, you can brush the cookies with beaten egg.
