- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Canned Peaches 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the ingredients for the dough (360 ml sour cream, 300 g sugar, 240 g flour, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking soda).
Step 2
Divide the dough into two parts, adding cocoa to one half.
Step 3
Bake two layers in the oven at 355°F.
Step 4
Cut the dark layer in half.
Step 5
Mix 200 g of sour cream with the jam and spread it on the dark layers.
Step 6
Combine 50 g of butter, 100 g of sugar, beat, then add 400 g of sour cream, walnuts, and peaches.
Step 7
Crumble the white layer and mix it with the cream.
Step 8
Place the mixture in a mound on the dark layer.
