  • Butter 5 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • All-purpose flour 1½ cups
  • Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Cream Cheese 10 oz
  • Sugar 1½ cups
  • Strawberries 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix 1.5 cups of flour with salt and baking powder. Melt the butter and add it to the flour, stirring well. Add 2 eggs and vanilla sugar, and mix everything together. Add the milk; the batter should not be too runny. Grease the cupcake pan with butter and pour in the batter. (Do not fill the cups completely, as the batter will rise). Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 30–40 minutes.

Step 2

While the cupcakes are baking, prepare the glaze. Blend the strawberries with a mixer and mix with sugar (you can use ready-made strawberry puree). Whip the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla sugar together. Add the strawberries and mix everything well.

Step 3

Check the cupcakes for doneness with a toothpick. Remove the cupcakes and let them cool. Cover the cooled cupcakes with the glaze.
