Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream together the sugar and vanilla sugar with the butter. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the kefir and mix again. Then add the flour and baking powder.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Step 3
For the frosting, mix 5 tablespoons of thick sour cream (20%), 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of butter. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.
