Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Yogurt powder 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Remove the frozen cherries from the freezer and let them sit in a sieve for 2 hours.
Step 2
Cream the softened butter with the sugar and a pinch of salt until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing the batter thoroughly after each addition.
Step 4
Add the yogurt, lemon zest, and vanilla paste.
Step 5
Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually add them to the dough.
Step 6
Dust the cherries with a small amount of flour. Add them to the batter and mix well.
Step 7
Spoon the batter into each cavity of the mold, filling them about ¾ full.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F for about 30 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown.
Step 9
Remove the muffins from the oven and let them sit on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Then, take them out of the pan and allow them to cool completely.
Step 10
Serve the muffins with your favorite hot beverages.
