Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the butter well.
Step 2
Add the sugar and beat well again.
Step 3
Add the eggs and salt and beat well again.
Step 4
Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and mix well.
Step 5
Add the milk and mix well.
Step 6
Place paper cupcake liners in the molds, fill the batter slightly more than halfway, and put in a preheated oven (175°C) for 30 minutes. Let cool and then you can prepare the frosting or glaze.
